The experience that we had building our new "dream" home at The Georgia Club was nothing that we had expected. We had always heard that going through the process of building a new house was less than pleasant, actually quite stressful and a real trial of patience. Well, this "myth" was proven to be unfounded in our experience with Phil Nichols and his crew. We actually enjoyed the process and found it to be a very rewarding and educational experience. The project from start to finish was overseen religiously as if we were the only house that these folks had to focus on. We always were kept in the loop on each phase of construction?which made us feel like we were part of the crew ourselves. Great experience and will not ever tell anyone not to try building their home, we would definitely do it again!!
