Company2 David Greene, David Pollack, and Phil Nichols, as close friends, have come together to form Greene, Pollack and Nichols Investments LLC. Our goals include, adding and giving back to communities like Athens, GA and other communities around the area. All three families have a strong faith in Christ and believe He is the center of everything we do. We believe, as a group, we bring a great deal of knowledge, wisdom, and integrity to the construction and development industry. Together we compile a business background of over 10+ years of construction and development, as well as, seven years of public speaking. We currently are licensed through the State of Georgia for Residential and light Commercial. As a preferred builder of The Georgia Club, we are currently finishing up a custom home for Phil and Julie Cook, and are currently under construction on two more spec homes in the community. It is our hope, that we will be able to better these communities with a high standard of quality in our construction and development.

Another project we are involved in is developing upscale RV parks in college towns across the South. Our first project was developed on 18 acres at The University of Georgia. We constructedand completed the project in-house. This Project is Bulldog Park and can be seen on the internet at www.bulldogpark.com . We are currently in the process of starting another couple of Universities that will hopefully be ready to open in the fall of 2009. One of those projects is in Clemson University where we already have a website setup at www.tigerrvpark.com. We are very excited about, and look forward to expanding our concept to college towns across the South.

Phil Nichols background as a builder and self employed owner began in 1996. Having over 11+ years experience in custom homes, speculative homes, commercial projects, and developing land. Phil has built homes in Hall, Barrow, Oconee, Lumpkin, Banks, Franklin, White and Habersham Counties, and has developed land in surrounding communities also. Phil is a licensed General Contractor specializing in Residential and Light Commercial Projects. Phil has always enjoyed the challenge of building homes and developing land. His main enjoyment stems from building relationships with families and watching them turn houses and projects into homes and enjoyment. Phil has been very blessed to have been able to build many up scale custom homes on Golf Courses, Mountains and River Surroundings most lately building homes in the Georgia Club and Developing and Building a 223 Lot Upscale RV Park for the University of Georgia for game days giving him a understanding and knowledge of many different products and needs. We are currently working with other Universities that have shown interest in our Bulldog Park to build more parks and look to start another one in fall of 2009 and 2010.

Company David Greene has a passion for the Sales and Management part of our Company. He enjoys meeting new Families and developing relationships as he takes them through the Design, Contract and Permit Phase. David will work alongside Phil Nichols through the Architect and Plan Design Phase, help with Contract and be involved with any organizing of meetings needed for selections of products needed for the Home. David enjoys staying up to date with the customer as they begin to work with Phil Nichols in the Construction Phase. David is very hands on with the project and available for contact by the Customer Through all phases of the building of project. David was a very important part of being hands on with clients that bought into Bulldog Park letting them know that this was a personal project he not only wanted to do for the University but is a part of and is there many weekends during the Season enjoying the Park

David Pollack has recently moved back to Georgia and closer to the company, he is currently getting more involved with upcoming projects and looks forward to meeting the Families and developing relationships that will last a lifetime. We are Currently Building David's home in The Georgia Club for his family and he is very excited about the opportunities of being apart of Building homes and relationships along side his partners and being able to make some friends as he is a part of? building in a community he lives in. David was also a important part of Bulldog Park and now that he is back in town looks forward to making trips out the Park.

David was born in New Jersey, but lived in Georgia for twenty years of his life. He grew up in Snellville, GA, a suburb of Atlanta. He attended Shiloh High School, where he graduated from in 2001. Phil Nichols

Phil Nichols is a resident of Gainesville, GA, and lives in the North Hall area.   He is married to Lisa Nichols, who is a school teacher in Hall County.  Phil and Lisa have 3 children, Hailen 14, Makayla 10, and Alisa 6.
