David Greene, David Pollack, and Phil Nichols, as close friends, have come together to form Greene, Pollack and Nichols Investments LLC. Our goals include, adding and giving back to communities like Athens, GA and other communities around the area. All three families have a strong faith in Christ and believe He is the center of everything we do. We believe, as a group, we bring a great deal of knowledge, wisdom, and integrity to the construction and development industry. Together we compile a business background of over 10+ years of construction and development, as well as, seven years of public speaking. We currently are licensed through the State of Georgia for Residential and light Commercial. As a preferred builder of The Georgia Club, we are currently finishing up a custom home for Phil and Julie Cook, and are currently under construction on two more spec homes in the community. It is our hope, that we will be able to better these communities with a high standard of quality in our construction and development.
Another project we are involved in is developing upscale RV parks in college towns across the South. Our first project was developed on 18 acres at The University of Georgia. We constructed and completed the project in-house. This Project is Bulldog Park and can be seen on the internet at www.bulldogpark.com . We are currently in the process of starting another couple of Universities that will hopefully be ready to open in the fall of 2009. One of those projects is in Clemson University where we already have a website setup at www.tigerrvpark.com. We are very excited about, and look forward to expanding our concept to college towns across the South.
David was born on June 22, 1982 to his parents Kay and Rick Greene. David along with his older sister Leslie, were raised in Snellville, Georgia. David was born in New Jersey, but lived in Georgia for twenty years of his life. He grew up in Snellville, GA, a suburb of Atlanta. He attended Shiloh High School, where he graduated from in 2001. Phil Nichols
Phil Nichols is a resident of Gainesville, GA, and lives in the North Hall area. He is married to Lisa Nichols, who is a school teacher in Hall County.
