Phil Nichols
<< backPhil Nichols is a resident of Gainesville, GA, and lives in the North Hall area. He is married to Lisa Nichols, who is a school teacher in Hall County. Phil and Lisa have 3 children, Hailen 14, Makayla 10, and Alisa 6. They also have three family dogs, a Jack Russell named Buck almost 17 yrs old, Yellow Lab named Pollack just turned 4 and has just added one of UGA‘s grandsons a English Bulldog named Herschel. As a family, we love to RV in the fall at all of the Georgia games, and travel to Destin, Florida in the summer and watch the waves roll in.
My background as a builder and owner began in 1996. I have over 11+ years experience in custom homes, speculative homes, commercial projects, and developing land. I have built homes in Hall, Barrow, Oconee, Lumpkin, Banks, Franklin, White and Habersham County, and have developed land in surrounding communities also. I have always enjoyed the challenge of building homes and developing land. My enjoyment stems from building relationships with families and watching them turn houses into homes. I have been very blessed to have been able to build many up scale custom homes on Golf Courses, Mountains and River Surroundings giving me a understanding and knowledge of many different products and needs.
Having the opportunity to work beside two good friends David Pollack and David Greene is a blessing. To me, Greene, Pollack and Nichols Investments LLC is three friends that have the same interests and wants. We all love Athens and love to spend as much time there as we can. We are hoping to be a part of putting first class projects together and helping make the landscape not only in Athens, but the state of Georgia something to be proud of.

Phil is a licensed General Contractor specializing in Residential and Light Commercial Projects. Phil has always enjoyed the challenge of building homes and developing land. His main enjoyment stems from building relationships with families and watching them turn houses and projects into homes and enjoyment. Phil has been very blessed to have been able to build many up scale custom homes on Golf Courses, Mountains and River Surroundings most lately building homes in the Georgia Club and Developing and Building a 223 Lot Upscale RV Park for the University of Georgia for game days giving him a understanding and knowledge of many different products and needs. We are currently working with other Universities that have shown interest in our Bulldog Park to build more parks and look to start another one in fall of 2009 and 2010.
