David Pollack
<< backDavid was born in New Jersey, but lived in Georgia for twenty years of his life. He grew up in Snellville, GA, a suburb of Atlanta. He attended Shiloh High School, where he graduated from in 2001. He was recruited to play football during his junior and senior years in high school from the University of Georgia, Georgia Tech, Clemson University, Ohio State University, and the University of Florida. David signed with the University of Georgia in the spring of 2001. He attended and played football for the University of Georgia from 2001 until 2004. His education path was History in the field of Education. During the early months of 2005, David trained in the NFL combines. He was drafted in the first round by the Cincinnati Bengals in April 2005. He had a successful rookie year, but was injured during the second game of the 2006 season. He suffered a fractured vertebra, but has since undergone surgery and has recovered well.
Despite a full recovery for a normal, everyday life, it was the recommendations of the doctors that David not play football. With his career with the Bengals coming to a close, David now pursues a career in sports broadcasting, both in radio and television. David will be moving back to Georgia along with wife, Lindsey, and new son, Nicholas, who was born on August 13, 2008. The family also has two Labrador Retrievers coming along for the ride, Maverick and Memphis. David has begun his new daily radio show on 790 the Zone. In addition to radio, David is a part of the SEC Tailgate Show with CBS College game day show each Saturday during the college football season.
David Pollack has recently moved back to Georgia and closer to the company, he is currently getting more involved with upcoming projects and looks forward to meeting the Families and developing relationships that will last a lifetime. We are Currently Building David’s home in The Georgia Club for his family and he is very excited about the opportunities of being apart of Building homes and relationships along side his partners and being able to make some friends as he is a part of building in a community he lives in. David was also a important part of Bulldog Park and now that he is back in town looks forward to making trips out the Park.
